Description
OverviewThe UX Designer works in a UX + signals team (User Experience), translating global case studies and signals into compelling, customer-ready stories. This role is ready and eager to work in a rapidly transforming environment with integrated AI skills and capabilities, leveraging strong collaboration and positive mindset skills.
The AI Transformation team mission goes beyond tooling and process—it’s about reshaping how people work, think, and innovate. The right candidate for this role should be positioned not just as a masterful communicator, but someone who influences transformation through insight-driven narratives that inspire action and align stakeholders around a shared vision.
Responsibilities
Develop high-quality, high-impact narrative assets tailored for C-level, senior leadership, and operational audiences, supporting the leadership of the UX Strategy leader.Translate complex transformation journeys and customer use cases into clear, compelling narratives that drive alignment and action.Work closely with executive leadership to craft narratives for internal or external storytelling that deliver impactful, meaningful impact.Deliver with excellence using the standard Customer Zero story and design framework to govern how case studies are captured, told, and reused across the company.Support the Adoption Innovation & Experience (AIX) team with storytelling frameworks and assets that scale transformation learnings.Engage feedback loops to continuously refine storytelling based on field input and leadership needs.Applies UX strategy in helping to devise product positioning, messaging direction, and creative execution guidance for use within elements of and across the customer journey in any channel or experience.Takes initiative and identifies opportunities to conduct research with cross-functional stakeholders to apply customer-driven insights. Maps out content strategy for a product/content area to ensure optimal content creation and serve customer needs, using input from senior team members.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 3+ years experience working in product or service design OR equivalent experience (e.g., demonstrated experience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems).Additional or preferred qualificationsMaster's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 3+ years experience working in product or service design OR Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 5+ years experience working in product or service design OR equivalent experience (e.g., demonstrated experience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems).2+ years experience shipping products, services, or games and/or delivering to customers as a result of an end-to-end design process.
Product Design IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.
