As the Technical Training Leader, Americas for Worldwide Learning team, we recognize that the demand for technical skills in our key customers is at an all-time high. You will inspire and guide teams of managers and trainers to deliver high-impact technical training with a focus on Copilot adoption, AI design wins, security and migrations. Leads the process to ensure skilling offerings match specific audience and learner goals and objectives for others to execute on and deliver. Ensures technical skilling information and content is appropriately translated into digestible language and terminology. Provides primary insights for structuring skilling offerings through full domain expertise of adult learning principles and best practices and by owning relationships with business partners.Guides and empowers team members through the content learning process as necessary, ensuring that they consume essential and up-to-date learnings. Drives connections of less experienced employees with appropriate internal stakeholders. Owns the process for ensuring that appropriate level of mastery is attained and observes trainer delivering content during the learning phase. Aligns business needs with trainers' course portfolios and identifies course or offering topic areas of particular need.Drives collaboration from Learning stakeholders to ensure course content is being updated appropriately. Ensures the team, other trainers, and Learning teams are incorporating new information into their trainings. Oversees the team in leveraging a portfolio of latest features, technologies, and processes and incorporates into appropriate learning experiences to ensure quality learning environment and delivery.Skilling Delivery
Oversees training delivery rollout process. Drives and creates an environment where team members are empowered to find effective and personalized approaches to delivering technology-based training content. Creates best practices for lecture delivery, including for leveraging multiple modes of learning (e.g., presentation, discussions, labs, simulations). Evaluates training program effectiveness and learning retention across multiple programs to ensure alignment with learner goals (e.g., internal and external learner partnership). Oversees strategic implementation of knowledge reinforcement techniques. Leads the process for sharing best practices for knowledge transfer with cross-organizational peers and team members.Collaboration and Engagement
Oversees improvement initiatives across training delivery areas and collaborates with other internal improvements within the broader Learning team. Owns the feedback delivery process to team members and shares innovative best practices with about effective training practices. Leads the process for ensuring connections between operations needs to learning programs and interventions are met and ensures compliance with necessary trainings. Oversees and ensures participation in new training opportunities for the team and empowers them to follow up on them as necessary.Other

Qualifications
Required/Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree AND 8+ years training, education, information technology (IT), cloud systems, datacenter environments, server environments, or computer technologies experienceOR equivalent experience.8+ years of people management experience.4+ years of experience managing and developing managers.Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Technologies, System Engineering, Information Systems AND 10+ years training, education, information technology (IT), cloud systems, technical consulting, datacenter environments, server environments, networking, cloud, or computer technologies with a focus on in-depth learning of technology experience OR equivalent experience.Azure Certifications (e.g., Advanced Role Based, Fundamentals), Microsoft 365 Certifications, or equivalent.Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) CertificationTechnical Training M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $129,200 - $273,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $162,000 - $299,400 per year.
