Description



The Cloud Operations and Innovation (CO+I) Technical Program Manager will collaborate with various internal and external teams within the CO+I organization to enhance alignment across workstreams. This role focuses on advancing mature, repeatable processes with data as a key driver, ensuring seamless coordination among stakeholders. This is to be achieved with a customer-centric mindset and in partnership and collaboration with program managers across CO+I.

This role is located either in one or all hub locations - Atlanta, GA, Washington, D.C., Redmond, WA, San Antonio, TX or Phoenix, AZ. Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates must relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location. This role is eligible for hybrid or remote work, up to 50%.

Proactively identify opportunities for improving data quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of business processes Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to critical processes across the organization Develop BI solutions to deliver insights and metrics on critical projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions Collect, interpret, analyze, and visualize data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business performance. Ability to deal with ambiguity, take high-level requirements, and work independently and within a team environment with consistent follow up, organization and prioritization skills, and excellent attention to detail Conduct ad-hoc analysis and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner Support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and identification of better ways of working. Identify trends and process variations as part of establishing a continuous improvement monitoring system. Ensure the business impact and project objectives/dependencies are identified, reported, and managed at all times. Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, or related field and 2+ years’ experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis Professional experience in visualization tools like Microsoft PowerBI or Excel Lean Six Sigma Green Belt1+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

Project or program management certification(s) (PMP, PMI, CAPM, etc.). A demonstrable track record of improving workflow processes, increasing efficiency and reporting on critical processesā€Æ Ability to deliver and maintain mature processes, procedures, program baselines, training, and improvement plans. Ability to document and improve work processes to make workflow more efficient and productive. Experience with multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment. Experience communicating effectively across diverse cultures. A high tolerance for ambiguity and change Technical Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $98,300 - $193,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $127,200 - $208,800 per year.
