As a Senior Technical Program Manager of the Identity & Network Access, Entra Core Services Business Unit, Reliability, Resiliency & Livesite (R2L) team, you will be part of dynamic team that is passionate about providing the World’s Most Reliable Identity Services. You will partner with fellow program managers and service team engineers to drive improvement in Identity livesite/devops operations in order to not only prevent outages before they happen but also to accerelerate our ability to communicate and mitigate outages faster when they do happen. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, defining, and driving improvements across the IDNA service model. You will accelerate your career development through the opportunity to lead identification of project priorities and build your analytic problem skills, creating clarity and driving business outcomes through objective and key results (OKRs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Drive divisional thinking on reliability and resiliency and be seen and be recognized a leader in this and incident management space.You will drive improvement across IDNA but also do this in partnership with other MS Security partners, Azure, and M365.Use Data to Drive Analytic and Program Insights. Collect performance metrics and KPIs to identity opportunities for reliability and resiliency improvement and to surface business objectives and key results (OKRs). Mine data sources and develop data visualizations that drive decisions in strategy and program execution.Develop & Execute Program Strategies. Use data and insights to develop a program strategy and execute program plans through all stages of initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling, and closing. Clearly Identity and communicate risks and challenges and work tirelessly to overcome program blockers. Partner with engineering counterparts to deliver technical solutions to reliability and resiliency issues.Drive Process Innovation & Learning. Leverage cross-organizational learnings and partner with engineering teams to Identify opportunities, write requirements for and driving implementation of automated and Artificial Intelligence solutions.Conduct Stakeholder Engagement. Build, develop and maintain highly collaborative and effective working relationships with key stakeholders to foster cooperation and continuous feedback loops.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product developmentOR equivalent experience.2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.Additional or Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product developmentOR equivalent experience.6+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).

Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
