Description

Senior Technical Program Manager leads the development and implementation process for products and services typically involving large, complex cross-functional implementation with multiple internal teams or external partners. Leads efforts such as designing product architecture and solutions to complex technical needs, identifying trends in product quality and performance to define or change existing features; prioritizing and delivering on the roadmap; managing project schedules and release plans; monitoring product/service performance and driving continuous improvement in quality, profitability, supportability and delivery. Acts as technical advisor with customers to evangelize products, solicit feedback, and support field sellers where needed. Designs and drives programs and/or product changes that address customer needs and business priorities.

By applying to this U.S. Mountain View, CA OR Redmond, WA position, you are required to be local to the San Francisco OR Seattle area in office 3 days a week.

Lead the planning, development, and implementation of internal operational programs. Define program objectives, timelines, resource requirements, and success criteria.Coordinate and manage multiple concurrent internal projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This includes upgrading internal systems, implementing new tools, and optimizing network and security protocols.Oversee the management, configuration, and optimization of internal tools such as divisional collaboration platforms, project management systems, and internal ticketing tools. Ensure these tools are aligned with organizational needs and are effectively utilized across the business.Work closely with teams, internal tool administrators, business units, and senior leadership to ensure technical operations programs and tool management align with business strategy and operational goalsEnsure project goals are achieved by their assigned date and maintain a sense of urgency to help the team stay focused on task completion.Lead initiatives to integrate internal tools and systems to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and improve overall operational efficiency.Provide regular updates to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders on project progress, potential risks, and mitigation strategies.Continuously analyze and refine processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the user experience. Develop best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for internal teams.Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers to procure tools, software, and hardware solutions that meet the organization's operational needs.Identify and mitigate risks related to internal projects, internal tool management, and overall operations. Ensure systems are secure and compliant with regulatory standards.Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of operations projects and the overall health of the infrastructure.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects with emphasis on technical infrastructure systems including popular collaboration tool stack technologiesProven experience managing large-scale projects, including system upgrades, tool administration, and network/security implementations.Hands-on experience with background in administering and optimizing internal tools in the areas of collaboration, program management and ticketing systems.Preferred Qualifications:

Solid leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams and senior leadership.In-depth knowledge of Technology infrastructure (e.g., servers, networks, storage, cloud computing, and cybersecurity).Familiarity with MS Azure Entra ID and TSM systems.Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
