Description
OverviewHave you ever opened a Power BI report and immediately seen opportunities to improve clarity, usability, and impact? Do you thrive on bringing clarity to ambiguous stakeholder needs, uncovering gaps they may not even see yet, and turning those insights into welldesigned, scalable solutions? Can you balance multiple workstreams, perspectives, and priorities—and still deliver with excellence? If so, Microsoft Advertising wants to hear from you.
Microsoft Advertising is a global Sales, Marketing, and Services organization at the forefront of digital advertising. We power the buying and selling of advertising across Microsoft’s digital portfolio, including our highgrowth search engine, Bing.
As a Technical Program Manager on the Analytics & Applications team, you will help our Marketing and Small & Medium Business (SMB) teams drive longterm business and customer growth through selfserve analytics, insights, and reporting. You’ll serve as a strategic partner—looking beyond what’s requested to understand what stakeholders truly need—and work closely with analysts and developers to design, build, and launch highimpact solutions.
This role carries end-to-end ownership from intake and prioritization through delivery, launch, adoption, and ongoing support.
You will serve as the central point of accountability for translating business needs into high impact data and reporting solutions—primarily across Power BI analytics assets, with scope extending into data enablement, insights, and tooling.
At Microsoft, you’ll find strong sponsorship for your work, meaningful opportunities for growth, and a culture that values authenticity, collaboration, and inclusion. Guided by our mission to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more, we show up each day with a growth mindset, act with integrity, and create an environment where everyone can thrive.

Actively manage and unblock crossteam dependencies, advocating for required data and tooling deliverables from partner teams.
Pace delivery plans based on dependency readiness, adjusting timelines and expectations proactively.
Solution Definition & Delivery
Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements, ensuring nuance and intent are well understood by delivery teams.
Provide strong input into solution design, with a focus on scalability, usability, and longterm maintainability.
Validate delivered solutions against requirements, driving feedback loops and iterations to ensure high quality and business relevance.
Launch, Adoption & Support
Own solution readiness and launch, including stakeholder communications, demos, trainings, and office hours as needed.
Ensure analytics assets are well understood, adopted, and effectively used by stakeholders.
