We are seeking a motivated Principal Technical Program Manager to join the Office of the CISO CTO. In this role, you will work closely with the CISO Org CTO (CVP) and other leaders across the organization. You will have the opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects, gain exposure to executive decision-making, and collaborate with cross-functional teams at the highest levels of the CISO Organization.

Responsibilities
• Defines the program(s) goals and prioritization for various capabilities, features, or solutions across multiple products or functional areas (e.g., product, service, systems) they own and across divisional boundaries. Translates the needs of the organization and other teams into program goals and prioritized deliverables based on data insights and aligns them with the overarching organizational strategy and key stakeholder needs.
• Defines success criteria and performance metrics (e.g., objectives and key results [OKRs], key performance indicators [KPIs] such as quality and performance) for programs, solutions, services, or integrated systems across multiple functional areas and across divisional boundaries. Leads collaborations with partners and/or stakeholders (e.g., Engineering, Design) to ensure needed telemetry is developed. Deeply understands the return on investment and presents it to leadership. Mentors others on how to define success and performance metrics.
• Breaks down the program into projects and ongoing operations. Tracks, coordinates, and communicates end-to-end project schedules for multiple products or functional areas (e.g., product, service, systems) and across divisional boundaries, leveraging automation, artificial intelligence, and/or workflows where applicable. Establishes and monitors processes, and drives accountability with stakeholders for following the established schedule and processes. Tracks and manages dependencies to enable cohesive, connected user scenarios to identify and proactively mitigate risks and serves as an escalation point for issues when necessary. Makes adjustments or course corrections when projects are not aligned to schedules or goals.
• Creates relationships and rhythm to drive orchestration and integration efforts with internal teams and external partners and/or stakeholders to develop and implement processes for highly complex cross functional programs, solutions, services, or integrated systems across complex functional areas. Collaborates and coordinates across the business to ensure alignment and gain buy in on program management, including tradeoffs, adjustments, and improvements as feasible. Influences leadership on objectives.
• Contribute to the preparation of executive-level documents and presentations.
Qualifications
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years’ experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product developmentOR equivalent experience.3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Qualifications - Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years’ experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product developmentOR equivalent experience.8+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).Analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience in AI, machine learning, or cybersecurity.Experience working on cross-functional teams and leading technical projects.Ability to synthesize technical information into clear, concise summaries for non-technical audiences.Experience with threats, threat actors, and detection methodologies Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
