Overview

MAI Bing Search Fundamental Team builds comprehensive and engaging content, services, and platforms for consumers to access the information they need anywhere on any device and for enterprises to enhance their employee and customer experiences. The Capacity Planning & Operations (CPO) team manages the capacity planning, supply chain and delivery for all the capacity resources for MAI. This is an energetic team with a startup atmosphere at Microsoft, where anything is possible. As a key contributor of the CPO team, you will work with Finance partners, Engineering teams, and other peer capacity managers at Microsoft to establish a $B+ capacity plan for each fiscal year.Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. Responsibilities

The TPM role will work with engineering teams and partners to support capacity planning and operations related to API/grounding program. Define the program business needs with partner, fundamental engineering teams. Design a process from capacity management perspective to identify capacity needs and operational process.Create clear requirement for tooling and data needs by partnering with engineering teams and CPO team. Integrate with standard CPO capacity process as approproiate.Manage other capacity related needs to support overvall MAI team needs.Analysis of Customer and Business Needs

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. OR equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.Has experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework).Has experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).Expereince with Online search Product

Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
