We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive the Technical Success program management for the Customer Success organization. As the Technical PM, you will be responsible for developing and landing the technical strategy for Azure platform and quality priorities (areas include but are not limited to Resiliency, Capacity, Service Availability, Outage Impact and Strategic Growth Shaping) , across an ecosystem of Cloud Solution Architects (CSA), Customer Success Account Managers (CSAMs), CSA Managers, Specialists and Product group. Responsibilities

Develop strategy to build high-quality, repeatable IP offerings.Facilitate scalable delivery through strong technical program management; driving program awareness and demand across the regional areas, this includes obtaining understanding of delivery demand patterns which will inform IP strategy for delivery at scale.Champion the Voice of the Customer/Partner, influencing product roadmaps and acting as a trusted technical advisor to Customer Success leadership.  Share insights and best practices, collaborate with the Engineering team to address key blockers, and influence product improvements, roadmap and feature prioritization. Provide clarity to field teams and customers on feature roadmap and develop assets that extend products aligned to strategy.Accelerate Outcomes: Through engaging with field teams, share expertise, contribute to IP creation, and promote reusability to accelerate customer success, as well as collate feedback on assets to drive improvement and leverage field teams inputs.Drive Consumption Growth: Develop opportunities to enhance Customer Success and help customers extract value from their Microsoft investments.Define program goals and prioritize capabilities across multiple functional areas based on data-driven analysis.Translate organizational needs into deliverables aligned with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations.Develop and monitor success criteria and performance metrics for programs and solutions.Build repeatable IP and assets that create velocity in deployment and drives customer value from their Unified investment and/or leverage scale execution engines like Cloud Accelerate Factory.Innovate with AI and Azure solutions that drive business value, and increase customer maturity, adoption and production readinessIntegrate telemetry, usage data, and AI tools to uncover patterns and generate hypotheses for solution development.Apply technical knowledge to design solutions aligned with business and IT needs. Qualifications

Required Qualifications (RQs)   

Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects AND leading technical programs AND working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).Knowledge in building and using agents to accomplish and accelerate delivery and outcome.Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications) and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Well Architected Framework (WAF).6+ years experience in Cloud/Infrastructure technologies, software development, program management, technology solutions, architecture, developing scalable and repeatable offers, OR equivalent experience. Prior experience and in-depth knowledge of Azure or other cloud platforms is essential. This includes experience with cloud architecture, deployment, and management of cloud services. 

Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
