We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join our team and help drive accessibility across our products and services. This role will play a critical part in embedding inclusive design principles into engineering workflows, ensuring our solutions are usable by everyone—including people with disabilities.As part of the Office of the COO, you will support accessibility execution across commerce and ecosystem services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver accessible, user-centered experiences. You’ll work closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure accessibility is not an afterthought, but a foundational element of how we build.

This role is based in Redmond, WA and supports 50% work on-site and 50% work from home. Relocation assistance is available for this role.
Support accessibility initiatives by partnering with engineering teams to ensure services and applications meet conformance standards. Build and scale an accessibility-first culture by mentoring teams, developing best practices, and embedding inclusive design principles into workflows. Contribute to building a culture of inclusive design and accessibility awareness across the organization. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to ensure intuitive, user-centered product experiences. Define and track program milestones, manage risks, and communicate progress to stakeholders at all levels. Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, and product teams to deliver impactful features on time and within scope. Embody our Culture and Values
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering product/technical program managementOR equivalent experience.2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.Experience in software development with an emphasis on Cloud technology. Experience collaborating with UI/UX teams to deliver high-quality user experiences. Experience with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and supporting accessibility compliance efforts. Experience using data analysis to interpret complex data, derive insights, and inform product decisions, ensuring data-driven outcomes. Preferred Qualifications:
6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).Exposure to assistive technologies and inclusive design practices. Accessibility certifications (e.g., CPACC, WAS) are a plus Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
