We are looking for a highly skilled Principal Technical Program Manager that can help us bridge the gap from innovation to long term sustainable process.  You will be the counterpart to the Solutions Team Development lead, focusing on orchestrating, integrating, and implementing efforts for multiple feature areas across large and highly complex cross-functional projects. You also will help us drive and coordinate the migration of Proof-of-Concept solutions, into longer term sustainable efforts with our downstream partners and DC focused engineering teams. 

Create, prioritize, and deliver on the roadmap for multiple feature areas driven by the Solutions team (e.g., product, service) across divisional boundaries Create and communicate project requirements / schedules (e.g., epics, sprint/semester plans, milestones, timelines, releases) Drive clarity and enable developers on the team by defining success criteria for highly complex cross-functional projects. Run Agile sprint processes (i.e. Planning, Stand-up, Retrospectives, Demos) for the Solutions team Create and track dependencies to enable cohesive, connected scenarios, and identify potential risk areas and escalate appropriately. Present product / service demonstrations and service health metrics during monthly business and engineering reviews to various stakeholders and leadership. Create monthly communications that evangelize the value proposition for the Solutions team initiatives. Including tailoring communication to disparate stakeholders on objectives and goals, for multiple projects crossing divisional boundaries. Proactively identify potential risk areas, escalating appropriately, and driving the alignment of initiatives with Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for both internal and external groups. Forge relationships to facilitate orchestration, integration, and implementation efforts for multiple feature areas, collaborating with internal teams. Embody our Culture & Values



Qualifications



Required/Minimum Qualifications 

Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. 3+ years of experience as a Program Manager.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: 

This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. Experience in breaking down complex and ambiguous problems into functional requirements for developers to be able to create designs and execute on tasks. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with various teams, organizations, and all levels of leadership. 8+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. 2+ years of experience working with cloud technologies like Azure, AWS or GCP. Technical Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $137,600 - $267,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $180,400 - $294,000 per year.
