Responsibilities
Lead strategic programs that grow the partner ecosystem through Microsoft Security Store, driving commercial success and improving the quality and impact of partner solutions.Define program vision, strategy, and execution plans in collaboration with engineering, marketing, compliance, and field teams to align with organizational priorities.Own delivery of complex, cross-team initiatives, managing scope, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations while mitigating risks and ensuring milestone completion.Build and manage dashboards and KPIs to provide leadership visibility and enable data-driven decision-making for continuous improvement.Design, build, and improve scalable processes across the partner lifecycle—recruitment, onboarding, quality control, and growth—leveraging AI-driven automation for efficiency and consistency.Drive operational excellence by establishing governance models, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projectsOther Requirements
Candidates must be able to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafterAdditional or preferred qualifications

Technical Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
