You’ll drive predictable planning cadences and facilitate key planning forums that bring clarity to what’s in scope, what’s at risk, and what success looks like. Your work will create the connective tissue across teams, turning strategic aspirations into coordinated, trackable execution.
You’ll partner deeply with teams across Xbox, Gaming, and Microsoft to align on dependencies, investment attribution, and outcomes that ladder to measurable results. You’ll lead consistent investment tracking, support change management, and ensure transparent communication of plans across stakeholders and leadership. Qualifications
Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product developmentOR equivalent experience2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projectsExperience in Azure DevOps, JIRA or related software, with an understanding of system architecture, permissions management, and the creation and maintenance of dashboards and queries

Experience working on gaming platforms: Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, Steam, Unreal, Unity Proven experience driving large-scale, cross-team planning processes in complex, matrixed organizationsFacilitation and communication skills with a focus on transparency, accountability, and alignmentExpertise in strategic planning, investment tracking, and dependency managementInterpersonal skills, ability to communicate clearly and positively, ability to build strong partnerships within team and across organizational linesAbility to thrive in ambiguity and influence across levels and disciplinesProficiency with Microsoft Tools: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and TeamsSelf-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and drives high-quality results with minimal oversight8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
