We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to join the Research + Insights team. We are seeking a skilled technical program manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in running complex programs to deliver consistent business results and deep business insights. All responsibilities will be completed in compliance with Microsoft’s Privacy Policy and in accordance with our Secure Future Initiative.

In this role, you will:

Own planning and delivery of major milestones on new marketing technology solutions and data assets.Manage proactive communications for key executives and business stakeholders.Work with business users to design and create new campaign and marketing data assets. These will provide deeper diagnostic understandings of media engagement.Expand and maintain existing campaign data assets as our fast-paced business goals evolve.Collaborate with Microsoft’s internal engineering and data teams to ingest useful data signals.Collaborate with Privacy teams to ensure all guidelines are followed to protect Microsoft’s data assets.Other:

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product developmentOR equivalent experience.1+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.2+ years experience building and scaling data assets to business users.Additional or Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product developmentOR equivalent experience.4+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.1+ years experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).2+ years industry experience in enterprise process engineering in a complex cross-functional matrixed environment, technical program management, and Infrastructure deployment operations.Understanding of process engineering and optimization, including gathering, analyzing, and defining business and functional requirements; creating global metrics, trend charts and other decision-making tools.Experience with data analysis/presentation, SQL and Power BI or equivalent skills and knowledge.Well versed in project management methodologies, approaches and tools with a PMP certification preferred Expertise in deployment of high-performance, highly available, large scale distributed network and related technologies.Track record of partnering with software engineering teams to drive improvements in tooling and automation.

Technical Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $98,300 - $193,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $127,200 - $208,800 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
