Within CO+I, we are accountable for the delivery of our cloud infrastructure, which has scaled significantly in the past five years, through building our own data centers and leasing data centers through third parties. Due to the scale and pace of our growth, we are exploring new and exciting ways to manage and develop our business.
To help us achieve our objectives, growth, and transformation, we are seeking a Technical Program Manager to support and play a pivotal role in supporting our Microsoft CO+I Lease and Land development (LLD) team. The candidate will have extensive expertise in Power BI and Power Apps, with an ability to analyze and present data effectively. They should have a potential understanding of process design, execution, and governance, along with a proven track record in driving program excellence and continuous improvements.
The role will also be instrumental in supporting the development and implementation of portfolio-wide strategic initiatives and programs, with a focus on streamlining processes, enhancing development and analytics capabilities, and enabling business scalability.

Design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and actionable insights.Develop custom PowerApps solutions to streamline business processes, integrate with various data sources, and enhance user experience.Design and implement efficient and scalable business processes to optimize operational workflows and improve overall efficiency and scalability.Maintain and update existing Power BI reports and PowerApps, ensuring they meet evolving business needs and incorporate the latest features and functionalities. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI and PowerApps, including data integration, performance optimization, and user access management.Ensure data governance and security by implementing best practices for data handling, access control, and compliance within Power BI and PowerApps environments.Provide training and support to end-users, empowering them to effectively utilize Power BI reports and PowerApps in their daily operations.Continuously monitor and improve the performance and usability of Power BI reports and PowerApps through iterative development and feedback loops.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and deliver user-friendly applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements, ensuring processes are aligned with organizational goalsAnalyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, and develop actionable plans to address them.Develop detailed process documentation, including flowcharts and process maps, to ensure clarity and consistency. Qualifications
Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Project Management, Finance or related field AND 4+ years related experience OR equivalent experience.2+ yrs of Designing and developing advanced Power BI or data dashboards and executive reportsOther Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in in Engineering, Business, Operations, Project Management, Finance or related field AND 8+ years related experienceOR equivalent experience.1+ years experience working on data center projects.The ability to think strategically and ask questions, work with data sets and numbers, and provide thoughtful, detailed analysesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, operate with a sense of urgency, and turn in quality work quickly, under strict time constraintsTechnical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.

This role is located either in one or all hub locations - Atlanta, GA; Washington, D.C.; Redmond, WA; San Antonio, TX or Phoenix, AZ. Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates must relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location.
