Microsoft’s Cloud business is experiencing explosive growth, and the Cloud Supply Chain (CSCP) organization is responsible for enabling the infrastructure underlying this growth. CSCP is responsible for strategic sourcing, customer demand forecasting, capacity planning and management, supply chain planning and execution, capacity provisioning, and decommissioning and dispositioning of datacenter assets worldwide.The Network Infrastructure Deployment (NID) team delivers the hyper-scale, low latency, high reliability network connecting customers around the globe to the rapidly growing Microsoft Cloud. As part of the Cloud and Enterprise organization, we support the needs of more than 200 Microsoft online services, including Bing, Office 365, SharePoint, Skype, OneDrive and several hundred thousand customers using Azure to host and run their Cloud Services in over 200 datacenters, running millions of servers and edge computing nodes all over the world. Our customers and partners rely on our commitment, follow through and continuous improvement to achieve their goals.
As the Senior Technical Program Manager, Data and Business Insights in NID, you are experienced and comfortable in providing insightful business analytics and data aggregation solutions. The candidate will need to be able to apply a breadth of tools that aggregate information from multiple data sources to create a complete business view. You will cultivate and create new business insights that support a growing business and result in business optimization. Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product developmentOR equivalent experience.2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.Demonstrated track record of creating innovative and relevant data aggregation solutions that enable business processExperience creating data visualizations and modeling using technologies like T-SQL, Power BI (DAX and M Query), Excel, KQL, Azure (ADF), Python, R, C#, AngularJS, JavaScriptOther Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.Preferred Qualifications:

There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
