The MSA Business Applications team helps to build the platforms and solutions that power the success of the MSA business.

As a Technical Program Manager on the MSA Business Applications team, you will work closely with stakeholders to both translate business objectives into program requirements and design/deliver technical solutions that drive meaningful impact. You’ll serve as the bridge between business needs and engineering execution - leading efforts in AI agent development (using Copilot Studio and other AI tools), business process automation (using Power Platform and other automation technologies), and custom applications in collaboration with both internal engineering teams and vendor partners. You will also be hands-on in building solutions where appropriate.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements - partnering with engineering teams and vendors to design scalable, user-centered solutions.

Drive the implementation of AI agents (via Copilot), business process automation (using Power Platform), and custom applications - coordinating cross-functional project teams and aligning objectives and priorities.

Define success criteria and track key metrics to evaluate performance, operational efficiency, and business impact - using data to guide decisions and continuous improvement.

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle for technical programs - including roadmap execution, milestone tracking, dependency management, and staging for pilot or production release.

Identify program risks, integration challenges, and operational blockers - proposing mitigation plans through data analysis, stakeholder input, and structured experimentation.Other - Embody our culture and values

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product developmentOR equivalent experience. 1+ years’ experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. Additional or Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 4+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. Familiarity with AI platforms, tools, or concepts (e.g., Copilot, Azure AI, generative AI, LLMs) and their application in business or technical solutions.Experience with or interest in building agentic systems, such as declarative or goal-based AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar frameworks.1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code.Technical Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.
