As an Senior Technical Program Manager (AI Experience), you will collaborate across Microsoft to design a tailored SDL for low-code/no-code scenarios, streamline the security and compliance review process, and implement automated, risk-informed decision workflows that reduce friction and enhance scalability. By embedding security and compliance into the development lifecycle, this role accelerates the secure, frictionless deployment of Copilot Studio agents while driving efficiency and innovation at enterprise scale.
This position is located at the Redmond campus, with 3 days per week work in the office and 2 days per week work from home.

Define SDL for Low-Code/No-Code
You will partner with Security to create a tailored Secure Development Lifecycle for low-code/no-code, including controls for connectors, identity, and data protection.Streamline Assesment and Approval Workflows
You will design scalable workflows for Copilot Studio agent approvals, integrating checkpoints for identity, DLP, privacy, and Responsible AI.Ensure Ownership & Traceability
You will work with governance teams to map agent ownership, connector lineage, and service dependencies for traceable, auditable deployments.Measure and Improve Program Performance
You will monitor approval cycle times, automation rates, and audit findings. Share insights with leadership and lead training efforts for stakeholders. Propose and drive continious improvements.Build Risk-Based Review Infrastructure
You will own the roadmap for an AI-driven review platform, enabling automated risk classification, policy enforcement, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.OR equivalent experience.2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.1+ years experience with low-code/no-code tools (ex: Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or similar) in enterprise or regulated environments.1+ years experience with Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) practices or software development standards.Experience defining, operationalizing, and monitoring program metrics.Additional or Preferred Qualifications:
Proven ability to work across engineering, product, security, and governance teams to drive alignment and deliver scalable solutions.Demonstrated ability to define program objectives, manage stakeholder communications, and deliver results in complex, large-scale environment.Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
