We are the Azure CXP team, and we are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our team to help expand the footprint of our customer care, trust, reliability, engagement, and observability experiences across all Azure clouds. Collaborate closely with Software and Hardware Engineering teams to design and implement technical solutions across multiple feature areas, identifying risks and proposing data-driven mitigations.Lead cross-functional initiatives across Azure and CXP, engaging with diverse stakeholders and partner teams to ensure alignment and drive program success.Define success criteria and manage complex projects, delivering on roadmaps for multiple feature groups while tracking project schedules, developing implementation plans, and overseeing governance programs.Provide hands-on program management throughout the project lifecycle, contributing day-to-day as part of agile practices to ensure timely delivery and iterative development of new tools and Azure features.Listen to customer needs and challenges (internal and external) to inform feature design and roadmap priorities, ensuring solutions align with customer expectations.Drive continuous improvement efforts, leading teams to write test cases, validate use cases, and partner with other departments to collect performance metrics and support customer engagements.Maintain high visibility with Azure leadership, sharing successes, iterating on product design, and receiving ongoing support and guidance to deliver impactful solutions.Embody our Culture and Values

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product developmentOR equivalent experience.2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.Other Requirements

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:

This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.Preferred/Additional Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product developmento OR equivalent experience.6+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).5+ years of program or product management experience, with a focus on designing software features and collaborating closely with engineering teams.Proven ability to translate customer requirements into detailed software specifications, including user experiences and technical designs.Proven experience in data-driven decision-making to prioritize features and measure project progress effectively.Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery and alignment across teams.Experience building services on Azure or other cloud platforms, with a technical background in data analytics, Kusto, SQL, ETL, machine learning (ML), and PowerBI.

Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
