The Secure Admin Services team is dedicated to protecting users and enterprise assets. As a collaborative group of engineers and program managers, we focus on developing effective cybersecurity products and services, often leveraging creative approaches and cutting-edge technologies. As a Principal Technical Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic initiatives, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and solving complex challenges. This role offers close visibility from executive leadership, providing opportunities to influence key decisions and drive impactful changes. You will apply your technical program management and product management expertise to drive the execution of high-impact solutions. We’re looking for a candidate with a proven track record of strong technical product management skills, engineering expertise and architectural capabilities across large-scale programs within fast-paced environments. They have hands-on coding abilities required to excel in dynamic work environments. Partner with engineering teams, and stakeholders (both internal and external), to define the program(s) goals and prioritization across divisional boundaries.Keep a keen eye on opportunities to translate business requirements into technical requirements and help manage priorities, deliverables, and timelines.Close collaboration with executive leadership and providing opportunities to influence key decisions and drive impactful changes.Participate in the triage of production issues and outages.Stay abreast of new techniques, tools and methodologies that are used in the workspace.Customer focus - understanding customer needs and security landscape to achieve the outcomes for the best security and great customer experience.Constantly innovate and add value to our business strategy and product roadmap. Author functional and technical specs. Communicate on a deep technical level with product engineering, project management and operations teams to improve products, optimize infrastructure, and evolve services. Required/Minimum Qualifications"

Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software developmentOR equivalent experienceOther Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software developmentOR equivalent experienceProduct Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $137,600 - $267,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $180,400 - $294,000 per year.
