Microsoft’s Cloud business is expanding, and the Cloud Supply Chain (CSCP) organization is responsible for enabling the infrastructure underlying this growth including AI!CSCP’s vision is to empower customers to achieve more by delivering Cloud Capacity Differentiated at Scale. We are looking for a Supply Chain Program Manager to join our team. Our mission is to deliver capacity for all cloud services predictably through intelligent systems driven by continuous learning and a world class organization.
The CSCP Organization is responsible for traditional supply chain functions such as Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, but also manages supportability (spares), decommissioning and disposition of Data center assets worldwide. We deliver the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's over 200 online businesses including Bing, MSN, Office 365, Xbox Live, Skype, OneDrive and the Microsoft Azure platform for external customers. Our infrastructure is comprised of a large global portfolio of more than 200 datacenters supporting services for more than 1 billion customers in over 90 countries worldwide.

In this role, you will be working on key projects and business initiatives. The primary focus will be on process improvements driving operational excellence.
Lead assigned strategic initiatives for the organization along with a project / cross functional teamInterface with demand/capacity planning, deployment, sourcing, logistics, finance, data center operations and engineering to build scalable processes, and tools, drive optimization, and garner supply chain efficiencies to improve delivery performanceRepresent CSCP/CMOF (Cloud Manufacturing Operations and Fulfillment) in cross-org initiatives, and partner with internal teams on actions and deliverablesCollect, synthesize, and communicate fact-based insights to drive strategies, and decision making for leadershipEmbody our Culture and Values
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 3+ years supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, or related experienceOR Master's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 1+ year(s) supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, or related experienceOR equivalent experience.Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.Preferred Quaifications:
Proficiency in data analytics to include Excel, Power BI, etc.Verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsProven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations, with conflicting priorities and a high degree of change5 years’ experience in high-tech supply chainExperience in project or program management with proven track record of successfully setting up and executing operational processesLean-6 sigma black/green belt, PMP, Kaizen, CPIM/CSCP certification, or relevant project and process experience preferred Supply Planning IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.
