Responsibilities

Acts as a subject matter expert when defining the program(s) goals and prioritization for various capabilities, processes, features, metrics or tooling solutions across Data Center Planning or cross functional areas they own and across divisional boundaries.Translates the needs of the company and other teams into program goals and prioritized deliverables based on data insights and ensures and drives alignment with the overarching organizational strategy.Design and implement scalable supply chain planning solutions, including tools, analytics capabilities and process improvements.Drives and initiates change and risk management practices with other teams for OneMicrosoft.Drives consensus, gains support and de-escalates on complex initiatives with stakeholders to make crucial decisions based on data-driven identified risks and tradeoffs.Will help define success criteria and performance metrics (e.g., objectives and key results [OKRs], key performance indicators [KPIs] such as quality and performance) for programs, solutions, services or integrated systems across multiple functional areas and across the organization.Provides expert guidance when working with relevant teams (e.g., Engineering, Finance, Security and Partner Teams) to design architecture and integrated customer solutions to crucial technical needs across multiple products or functional areas (e.g., product, service, systems).Present complex supply planning analysis, recommendations and strategic initiatives to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.Synthesizes and translates highly complex data and tools (e.g., artificial intelligence, automation) to build more informed risk mitigation plans.

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomesOR Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomesOR equivalent experience.Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.Preferred Qualifications:

Extensive experience within demand & supply planning, supply chain E2E, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, Sales & Operations Planning, process improvement, quantitative & qualitative analysis in cross functional or organizational enterprise environment, or related experience Experience working in a complex, matrixed environment with cross-functional stakeholders across business, operations, engineering and finance teamsStrong analytical skills with proven ability to leverage data and insights to drive decision-making and performance improvementsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to and influencing senior leadershipExperience with supply chain planning systems, analytics tools, and business intelligence platforms.Proven ability to effectively facilitate change cross-functionally and across geographies.Experience in datacenter, infrastructure or technology supply chain planning at scale.Background in developing and implementing transformational supply chain programs, process improvements and change management#COICareers | #EPCCareers | #DCDCareers

Supply Chain Program Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year.
