Responsibilities

Program manage end-to-end contract lifecycle management for Sourcing and Supply Chain agreements, from intake through negotiation, execution, amendments, renewals, and completion.Serve as a strategic partner to Legal, Finance, Sourcing, Engineering, Tax, and Trade teams to ensure contracts align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk posture.Coordinate and facilitate collaboration across cross-functional stakeholders to drive timely contract development, review, and execution ensuring alignment with approved legal frameworks, commercial terms, and internal policies.Manage contract structures, templates, help drive standardization, efficiency, and consistency across agreements.Support Supplier engagement and negotiations, partnering with sourcing teams to advance commercial discussions and resolve contractual issues.Route contracts through internal contract management tools and approval workflows, ensuring proper reviews, approvals, and auditability.Develop and maintain status tracking dashboards and reporting, providing visibility into contract progress, risks, dependencies, and key milestones

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomesOR Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes OR equivalent experience.Hands-on experience managing technology industry contract processes, templates, approvals, and status tracking to support sourcing and supply chain initiatives.

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings:

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred qualifications:

Demonstrated experience leading complex contract lifecycle management efforts across cross-functional teams, including Legal, Finance, Sourcing, Engineering, Tax, and Trade in the technology industry
