The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in device strategy, a strong analytical foundation, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives that span upstream platform planning to downstream go-to-market execution.

Growth & Monetization: Develop and execute strategies to drive user growth, engagement, and monetization of AI features across the device portfolio, including pricing, packaging, and value articulation. Device Ecosystem Leadership: Lead strategic planning across the PC, gaming, and productivity segments, optimizing portfolio structure, feature integration, and market positioning. Feature Feasibility & Integration: Evaluate the technical and operational feasibility of AI features across device platforms, guiding prioritization and integration in partnership with engineering and product teams. Upstream & Downstream Strategy: Influence upstream decisions (e.g., silicon, OS, platform investments) and downstream execution (e.g., GTM, channel strategy) to ensure AI features land successfully in-market. Cross-Functional Influence: Collaborate with product marketing, planning, engineering, finance, and sales to align strategy with execution and drive clarity across teams. Market Intelligence & Customer Insights: Leverage research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to inform strategy and identify whitespace opportunities. Executive Communication: Develop compelling narratives and strategic recommendations for senior leadership, influencing decisions at the highest levels. Apply a research-driven mindset to synthesize insights from internal and external data sources. Use data science tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Python) to uncover second-order analytics and strategic implications. Translate complex data into strategic frameworks and business narratives that guide decision-making. Build and scale strategic planning methodologies (e.g., Conjoint, TAM analysis) across markets and segments. Maintain a strong network across the organization to amplify insights and accelerate execution.

Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or advanced degree in a quantitative or technical field preferred. 7+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, product planning, or related fields, with a strong focus on device ecosystems and AI technologies. 5+ years of experience with business analytics: expertise in SQL, Power BI, and familiarity with data infrastructure and modeling.
