The CO+I Strategy + Planning team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategy Analytics Program Manager to join our team. As a Strategy Analytics Program Manager within the Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) organization, you will lead cross-functional initiatives that shape the strategic direction of the business. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational rigor, and program execution. You will partner closely with senior leadership to drive clarity, alignment, and measurable impact across high-priority initiatives. This dynamic role requires agility to pivot between new initiatives and hand off operationalized work to functional leaders. The ideal candidate demonstrates high business acumen, is detail-oriented, and excels at managing complex, cross-functional programs from inception to delivery.

Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and drive multi-year strategic plans aligned with CO+I’s business goals. Translate vision into actionable roadmaps and OKRs.Program Leadership and Analytics: Lead complex, cross-functional programs from inception through execution. Ensure alignment across stakeholders and deliver measurable outcomes.Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct research to inform strategic decisions, identify risks and opportunities, and guide prioritization. Drives evaluation of CO+I strategic alternatives (e.g., buy, build, partner) and acquisition alternatives. Ensures strategic roadmap, go-to-market, integration plans, and related issues are considered. Applies expertise in multiple aspects of the business to proactively identify and address business concerns including the trajectory and impact of external trends on the business.Executive Briefings: Create and present strategy papers, business cases, and executive briefings. Distill complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives. Communicates and advocates insights to senior business leaders (e.g., Senior Directors, GM-level, CVP) and conveys viewpoints through written documents (e.g., memos, reports) and influence models (e.g., meetings, presentations)Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance organizational agility and decision-making.Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. Facilitate alignment across engineering, operations, finance, and partner teams. Takes measures to determine scope and impact to develop appropriate solutions and includes key stakeholders in scoping process. Engages with and understands business stakeholder needs and determines relevant deliverables that drive business insights enabling business decisions.



Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 6+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 8+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR equivalent experience.5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility.

Background Check Requirements: 

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: 

Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred or Additional Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 12+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 15+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR equivalent experience.

Business Analytics IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $155,800 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $202,400 - $303,600 per year.
