As Senior Solutions Engineer of the Gaming Dynamics 365 CRM ecosystem, you are a strategic advisor and technology specialist who architects, builds and delivers high-quality, impactful business solutions to our diverse internal, external and partnered user base. You will work with a variety of application platforms including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power BI, and more. Leverage your analytical and technical skills to define business requirements, configure solutions, manage deliverables and the larger application ecosystem system within the context of the Xbox current and strategic vision, and collaborate with both direct team members, software engineers across the technology landscape and customer stakeholders.

You are a team player and obsessed with digging into the details – so that the implementation is sustainable and performant. You are flexible and can collaborate and contribute to overall technical implementation best practices and quickly switch gears to focus on the details. You work to create clarity. To you, no design task or detail is too trivial.

Lead / deliver / own Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) / Power Apps and related systems functionality through envisioning, analysis, design, development, development, testing, training, quality assurance and deployment activities necessary to deliver superior quality solutions. Meet with our diverse internal, external and partnered user base to understand their business and technical challenges and develop a plan to support the current and strategic priorities and needs. Ensure the solutions and systems support the goals and expectations, creating amazing customer experiences and be willing to make adjustments to exceed these expectations. Scope and design end-to-end business processes and flows crossing in/out of Dynamics 365 platform with outside systems/custom applications delivering the business functionality Build and manage all aspects related to Dynamics 365 CRM solutions such as (but not limited to) Power Apps customization, solution build, solution management, flows, model driven apps, canvas apps, data management, security, Integrating with Azure services through Power Automate, LogicApps, etc. Manage, Design, implement and test as needed all custom extensibility related to Dynamics 365 CRM such as (but not limited to) Plug-in development, Custom workflow development, BPF, Webservices, WCF, and Fetch XML, Integrating with Azure services through Azure Functions, WebAPIs, CRM Portal Development and other custom portal development, C#, ASP.NET/MVC Development, including jQuery, AJAX, JSON, and XML Manage Dynamics 365 environments (dev through production) with deployment pipelines, structured source control gates and pre and post deployment support and quality controls Effectively communicate, self-manage, and complete assigned projects and project deliverables in a timely manner. Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years technical experience in software engineering, CRM, service engineering, or systems engineeringOR equivalent experience.3+ years’ experience in CRM analysis, design and delivering Dynamics 365 solutions 3+ years’ experience in Dynamics 365 management tools (e.g. XRMToolbox, Modern & Classic Administration Console, DataVerse API)

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years’ experience working with Microsoft stack of products and general technology background. Knowledge of Dynamics CRM architecture, customization, and development tools. Designing system solutions using available functionality, platform extensions and extensibility. Software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies; create and maintain SDLC documentation. Application architecture, multi-tiered applications and integration designs between Dynamics 365 applications and Microsoft products. Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, TypeScript, JavaScript or SQL. Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively in teams. Applicable Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-210, PL-200, etc.) Service Engineering IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
