Description
The AI Business Solutions team acts as trusted advisors and expertise in Business process transformation, Analytics and AI. We work with customers to leverage data to help them achieve their business outcomes and help guide customers’ journey through business process transformation. We also support customers in evaluating their applications and business requirements, recommend solutions that meet their requirements, and demonstrate these solutions to win the business and technical decision.The AI Business Solutions Specialist is a senior technical leader within our enterprise sales organization. They lead, develop, and design technical win strategy to drive solution opportunity revenue and market share by leveraging the Microsoft AI Business to meet their customers business transformation outcomes.

Understand customer goals and challenges and map those back to the Business Applications product portfolio and other Microsoft cloud AI solutions.Assist local sales teams worldwide by functioning as a deep technical AI Business Process Subject Matter Expert (SME).Design, build, and demonstrate innovative solutions to address sales challenges. Employ value selling during this process to correlate the value and business outcomes that will be realized from our proposed solution. Collaborate with the broader AI Business Process field Solution Engineers and Global Black Belt Technology Specialist Communities, including Community Calls, and readiness events. Support the voice of the field through interactions with the aligned product teams.Demonstrate a commitment to technical excellence.Help customers make technical decisions to build tomorrow’s business and IT solutions based on Microsoft AI first technology. Lead technical and business presentations, demonstrations, workshops, architecture design sessions, proofs of concept, and pilots to explain, demonstrate, and prove to our largest customers the capabilities of Microsoft's products and services, and how we can drive positive business outcomes for our customers. Remove technical, competitive and security blockers to accelerate Business Applications and customer usage. Own or support winning the technical decision for sales opportunities and usage scenarios through tailoring your message, bringing ideas to customers, engaging with them to show Microsoft technology differentiation, and guiding them in decision making. Work with partners and others at Microsoft, as well as use our core tools, social connection tools, and AI driven data to extend your reach and the reach of your team, focusing on satisfying important customer needs.Other Responsibilties:

Required/Minimum Qualifications6+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experienceBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, Information Security, or related field AND 4+ years experience in technology-related sales or account managementOR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience.Other Requirements

Additional or Preferred QualificationsMaster's Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, Information Security, or related field AND 6+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND 8+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR equivalent experience.4+ years solution or services sales experience.Experience with Dynamics 365 solutions and Power Platform.Solution Area Specialists IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $107,600 - $187,500 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,600 - $205,600 per year.
