We are looking to hire a Senior Solution Play Go To Market Manager, AI Business Solutions to join our Go-to-Market (GTM) team and to play an essential role in translating Microsoft’s Commercial Strategy to a local execution plan and driving operational excellence to achieve the greatest results possible for our Ai Business Solution Go to Market Team. In this role, you will drive worldwide insights and execution excellence, bringing strategy and priorities to life by accelerating the pace of transformation and enabling Microsoft to deliver business impact at scale.

This role requires someone who thrives leading a virtual team, acts as a thought leader, develops marketing strategy that aligns to our business goals, tracking success criteria and performance metrics. You will work with emergent technology, excel at creating alignment and action across teams, moving roadblocks and simplify complex concepts, truly lives for big challenges, and is not afraid to take thoughtful risks working in deep partnership with the field, Corp, and cross-functional marketing team.

You be a primary product spokesperson and product evangelist for the business as a whole, inclusive of products within the Product Manager-owned portfolio and leverage product, industry, market and competitive knowledge as well as technical expertise to develop localized competitive strategy, position the value proposition and tailor messaging to both internal (e.g., sales and marketing readiness) and external audiences (e.g., press, analysts, partners, user community, customers). You will build and drive business strategy and track the efficacy of plans for the line(s) of business to drive sustainable growth within and beyond the boundaries of the fiscal year. You will create and orchestrate strategic go-to-market (GTM) plans for assigned line(s) of business across sales, marketing, consulting, customer success and partner functions, supporting One-Microsoft, cross-functional execution as appropriate and you will collaborate with one commercial partner (OCP) to guide and support the execution of programs to recruit and enable partners to achieve target capacity and quality. You will partner with sales to land field enablement accountability and serve as an orchestrator between the business and the areas/subsidiaries to develop and land sales programs along with partnering with Finance and Product Marketing Manager (PMM) teams to ensure team is aligned with business results. You will support the creation and pursuit of white-space growth opportunities across products/services and leverage knowledge of revenue, share targets and the area/subsidiary's capabilities in order to develop strategies that maximize performance across products/services. You will partner with engineering to proactively drive capacity forecasting and leverage competitive knowledge to shape local capacity and service forecasts as you liaise with sales teams to provide coaching and support pipeline and sales enablement.You will drive GTM strategy and land growth plans (e.g., revenue, usage, customer health). Develop competitive strategies to drive target market share gains and actively manage relevant stakeholders to drive the local product marketing growth strategy.OtherEmbody our Culture and Values

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

5+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience. 5+ years of sales / Go to Market experience with Small and Medium Business with any combination of the following: create and orchestrate strategic go-to-market plans; build, develop, and execute sales enablement strategy; drive marketing and partner programs; product marketing; business planning; product management; customer and market analysis; Go-to-Market strategy and execution; end-to-end customer journey, develop insights; or related.3+ years of experience or knowledge in ANY of the following technology solution areas: 1.) Modern Work technologies: Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Chat, Teams; 2.) Bus Apps technologies: Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, D365 Sales, D365 Customer Service, D365 F&O (ERP).Preferred or Additional Qualifications

8+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience.Effective executive communication, storytelling skills, and the ability to translate complex ideas into simple stories. Proficient Business Acumen and Business Analysis Skills (understands financials, sales processes, scorecards and key performance indicators) Experienced in cross-group collaboration skills and ability to manage stakeholders across large matrix organizations.Demonstrated experience in executive influencing and stakeholder management skills Field Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
