Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Expertise & Strategy: Act as the subject-matter expert for Dragon Copilot in pre-sales engagements. Support account teams with customer calls, demos, and deal strategy using product expertise and solution best practices to win new deployments. Implementation & Deployment Guidance: The specialist collaborates early (even during sales cycles) with Customer Success and services teams to plan deployments, assist with configuration/training strategy, and drive a smooth go-live of Dragon Copilot in the customer’s environment. Field Collaboration & Feedback Loop: Continuously enable the field teams and inform the business. The specialist provides regular updates to sales and account teams on new Dragon Copilot features, product roadmap developments, integration capabilities, and best practices (often via training sessions or “weekly enablement” meetings). At the same time, they act as the voice of the customer – capturing frontline feedback and competitive insights from engagements – and promptly share these with product engineering and marketing to influence feature roadmaps and go-to-market strategies. Comprehensive Microsoft Healthcare Technology Knowledge & Strategic Collaboration: The Dragon Copilot Specialist possesses in-depth knowledge of the entire Microsoft technology portfolio available for Healthcare and actively partners with account teams to develop tailored strategies. By understanding each customer’s unique requirements, the specialist helps design and implement solutions that deliver optimal outcomes, leveraging Microsoft’s capabilities to address specific challenges and drive transformation.
Qualifications
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 4+ years technology-related sales or account management experience OR 5+ years technology-related sales or account management experience. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States that does not now or in the future require employer sponsorship Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, Information Security, or related field AND 4+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR equivalent experience.4+ years of working with healthcare systems with a proven ability to collaborate with executives at different levels. 4+ years of experience with EMR platforms and provider/patient workflows.
Solution Area Specialists IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $107,600 - $187,500 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,600 - $205,600 per year.
