We are hiring in the role of Solution Architect, Corporate External and Legal Affairs (CELA) to support our AI for CELA initiative. This initiative is pivotal in reimagining how CELA operates, leveraging digital tools and AI to revolutionize legal and business processes to maximize individual and organizational productivity. This role will focus on engaging with departments across CELA to transform their highest priority business scenarios leveraging the Microsoft AI portfolio, 3rd party AI solutions, and custom CELA solutions developed by CELA Engineering teams.

Drive AI transformation:

Own the solution intake / ideation process for AI for CELA including alignment with the business value framework, prioritization model, and integration with existing solutions within CELA, as well as emerging Microsoft products and associated roadmap.Leverage your technical expertise and knowledge of agile execution to support the evaluation of solutions that optimize operations and empower informed decision-making across CELA functions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies seamlessly into our existing infrastructure and processes that drive measurable business value.Partner with CELA Engineering on solutions that require custom development.Innovation:

Qualifications

Required /Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects and experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.OR equivalent experience.3+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.Experience with Microsoft technologies including Azure OpenAI, Fabric and the Copilot family of products.Experience driving large-scale AI-centric transformation engagements or initiatives with internal or external stakeholders.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with cross-team stakeholders in a matrixed organization.

Strategic thinking, listening, and decision-making skills.Demonstrated ability to identify and address gaps and opportunities for improvement.Experience in mentoring and developing team members.Extensive experience in a specialized technical product, solution, or service area.Technical Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $137,600 - $267,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $180,400 - $294,000 per year.
