Our team creates and maintains OS components and deployment solutions that update every Windows device on the planet to the latest version, with updates of all shapes and sizes. We also enable OEMs to efficiently deploy Windows on new devices and we enable Enterprise IT admins, server data center admins, and the Azure cloud itself to effectively deploy Windows & Windows Server. Reducing install time and reducing update download size while increasing customer satisfaction is our primary focus and passion.

Customer-facing solutions for managing software packages, payload and updates for the next generation of devices and re-think the update model to be as fast, reliable, and worry-free. Our tech stack is Rust and C++, with Rust as a quickly growing share for new components. You'll get a chance to work with engineers from across the org, building new products or deploying new features in novel ways, and get a unique perspective into the product lifecycle from initial stages to post-release. In this role, you will be expected to take point on technical discussions and collaborate on scenarios across teams, sometimes in unfamiliar domains.
