Our team, EIAM is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join us as we create and deliver mission critical services and processes to enable Microsoft.We build and manage applications for Microsoft’s internal Identity services and Entitlements platform. The team is customer focused with an emphasis on security, great user experience and high reliability. You will have the opportunity to design and develop creative, compelling, and cutting-edge systems that support our world-wide operations. • Design and implement full stack systems working with other engineers.
• Design and implement world class UX Portals, utilize frameworks and implement long term sustainable UX solutions.
• Adhere to modern engineering practices, effective coding, writing unit test cases, debugging, code reviewing and creating CI/CD pipelines
• Work with customers and collaborate with other teams to own end-to-end solutions and delivery.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and help implement them
• Debug bugs, production issues and address them in a timely manner.
• Review work of peer members, provide solutions to pull team standards forward.
• Collect data, propose, evangelize solutions and deliver data to show solution implementation.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Pythono OR equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience with UX frameworks such as React or Angular along with TypeScript and CSS standards.Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. Preferred Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in cloud environment.4+ years experience with databases – design, querying and performance improvement.2+ years experience with UX frameworks - React or Angular, languages like TypeScript and CSS standards.1+ years experience with UX testing frameworks.1+ years experience with meeting UX Accessibility standardsExperience in Identity management principlesSoftware Engineering IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
