As part of the Dynamics 365 engineering organization, our team delivers business applications for Connected Customer Care – for contact centers supporting customers on real-time chats with AI and live agents. And as a Senior Software Engineer, you will work with business and technology leaders and with your team members to design and implement Dynamics 365 applications and pick the best technical architecture to solve their business needs. We are looking for a passionate and motivated Senior Software Engineer who can design and develop our Business Applications & Industry cloud vertical applications and solutions leveraging the power of Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Office 365, and Azure. Our product builds on cloud-scale backend services, integrates AI services, and delivers end-to-end experiences through embedded web chat, social channels like WhatsApp, and extensibility through real-time APIs. • Work with product managers, solution architects and software engineers to design, develop, test, deliver and maintain the new Core Service platform for Digital Messaging services
• Produce high quality and well-documented code in C# programming language
• Work collaboratively with your team members to analyze and resolve production incidents in our Azure cloud deployments.
• Guide and mentor members of the development team as necessary, based on own judgment, or manager assignment.
• Actively participate in project and scrum meetings
• This is a technical position, and the candidate should be capable of working in the code, supporting the service, and understanding at a detailed level how the software works.
• We will look to you to have an informed opinion about what and how the software should evolve. In short, we are looking for some engineers to come and do what great engineers truly love to do: solve important problems by building great software!

Qualifications
Required/Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or PythonOR equivalent experience.
Preferred/Additional Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or PythonOR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or PythonOR equivalent experience.Hands-on experience architecting software systems, designing and delivering software productsExperience with software development and testing concepts. Out of the box thinking, ability to develop and test applications with thorough end-to-end Software development lifecycleAbility to think both technically and creatively to help solve challenging technical problemsAbility to analyze and solve complex problems quickly and creatively.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Software Engineering IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
