We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer who will help build secure and scalable solutions that protect customer environments. This role offers hands-on experience with modern technologies, including automation and AI-driven features, while collaborating with a talented team to improve security and user experience.

Responsibilities
Design and deliver features that strengthen identity security and access governance, improving resilience and user experience.Engage proactively with customers and partner teams to ensure solutions meet real-world needs and compliance requirements. Apply and champion modern engineering practices, including AI-driven approaches, across the full development lifecycle. Drive initiatives to improve service security, resilience, and quality, streamline team processes, and reduce live-site costs. Collaborate closely with peers and partner teams to solve technical challenges efficiently and securely.Follow and promote modern engineering practices to ensure reliability, performance, and compliance.
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: 
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Additional or preferred qualifications
Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.2+ years building cloud-native applications on Azure Familiarity with distributed systems and security/identity solutionsExperience with Kubernetes and AI/ML integrationExperience with Languages: TypeScript, Java Frameworks: .NET Core, Node.js ,Cloud: Azure services (Functions, Storage, Identity) DevOps: Git, CI/CD pipelines#MSFTSecurity, #Identity
Software Engineering IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
