This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI infrastructure that redefines how business applications are designed and delivered.We are looking to hire a Senior Software engineer to join our team and help deliver seamless, high-quality, and reliable services, and infrastructure that power mission-critical business applications including AI workloads. As part of the Agent Cloud Infrastructure Team, you will design, build, and maintain globally distributed services that support enterprise-scale AI and business workflows.
You will work on core platform capabilities that enable secure, scalable, agentic and performant experiences across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot. Our team operates with a DevOps mindset—owning features end-to-end from development through production—with a strong emphasis on telemetry, automation, and continuous delivery. You’ll work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where innovation is encouraged, and your contributions will have visible impact from day one.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.Minimum 4+ years in development and design experience with demonstrated experience building services.Other Qualifications:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.Preferred Qualifications:
Proficient in problem-solving, architecture design, and coding, with a methodical and conscientious approach to technical challenges.Self-directed, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality results with minimal supervision.Collaborative and responsible team member who values clear communication and shared success.Software Engineering IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
