This team builds a suite of front-end and back-end capabilities to empower admins to safely and securely govern Copilot agents and capabilities in Microsoft Power Platform. Lead by example within the team by producing extensible and maintainable web applications and services. Optimize, debug, refactor, and reuse code to improve performance and maintainability, effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI). Apply metrics to drive the quality and stability of code, as well as appropriate coding patterns and best practices. Act as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) working on call to monitor web applications and services for degradation, downtime, or interruptions. Work with customers to resolve escalations. Engage in design discussions to advocate for and drive general improvements across our technology stack and product group. Proactively seek new knowledge and adapt to new trends, technical solutions, and patterns that will improve the availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance of products while also driving consistency in monitoring and operations at scale.
Qualifications
Required QualficiationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to Typescript, React, Python, C#, or equivalent experience.2+ years of experience conducting efficient design and architectural discussions.2+ years of experience providing professional communication and leadership skills, with a focus on fostering an inclusive and supportive team environment.2+ years of experience with fast-paced, demanding project environments and an interest in driving effective discussions and outcomes in an ambiguous setting.Other Requirements

This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. Preferred/Additional Qualifications
Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 3+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to Typescript, React, Python, C#, or equivalent experience.3+ years of experience building and maintaining cloud distributed microservices and web APIs OR front-end responsive, performant, and accessible web applications.2+ years of experience with LLM based coding and automation tools.Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer. Software Engineering IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.
