Description
OverviewMicrosoft Digital (MSD) builds and manages the critical products and services that Microsoft runs on. We boldly pursue big ideas that power transformational advances at Microsoft and for our customers, while helping Microsoft teams work smarter, faster, and more securely every day. Microsoft Digital employees have deep technical and business expertise, customer insights, and a clear point of view that comes from first-hand, large-scale experience with Microsoft and industry solutions. We are engineers, technology leaders and experts, digital transformation change agents, and customer advocates.
We have exciting opportunities for you to innovate, influence, transform, inspire, and grow within our organization and we encourage you to apply to learn more! We are looking for a Senior Service Engineer.
We’re a world class service engineering team to operate and evolve the largest Power Platform deployment on the planet. As a Senior Service Engineer, you’ll be responsible for administering, securing, and scaling highly complex, multi tenant Power Platform environments that support mission critical solutions across the enterprise. Your work will directly shape how thousands of makers, developers, and internal users build and innovate safely at global scale.
In this role, you’ll help build and manage advanced tenant configurations, govern environments across multiple business units, and ensure platform reliability for workloads spanning automation, low code applications, virtual agents, and enterprise integrations. You’ll diagnose and resolve deeply technical issues across connectors, identity, data policies, and platform services.
But the true impact of this role comes from how you’ll use AI to transform operations. You’ll design and deploy intelligent automation, agentic workflows, and self healing operational patterns that allow the platform to scale faster than human capacity alone. From automated environment lifecycle management to AI driven governance enforcement and proactive issue detection, you’ll build the systems that let the platform grow without friction.
You’ll be part of defining the operational blueprint for a global Power Platform ecosystem while simultaneously automating it. This is a role for someone who thrives in complexity, embraces AI first engineering, and wants to shape the future of low code platform operations at unprecedented scale.
Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.
