We're looking for a Principal/Senior Technical Program Manager that will respond to emerging needs and focus on tooling, partnering with the other TPMs in Engineering Efficiency, to build a set of executive level views / reports and strategies involved with COGS, AIRS, and Service Tree (ST) Reporting. This includes things like basic hygiene structure of ST (aligning reorgs and responsibility shifts), Subscription and PC Code alignment to drive accuracy in reporting and accountability of COGS Spend and Planning. Additionally, you will drive KPIs and OKRs to drive the division in right sizing and utilizing the deployed infrastructure, utilizing cost-effective and modern infrastructure. It includes collaborating with Azure CloudFit data team to drive critical insights into the deployed MS Security infrastructure and patterns of utilization (e.g. peak vs. average, regional distribution, as well as resilience planning).

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product developmentOR equivalent experience.2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.Ability to analyze and drive programs and projects related to COGS, Capacity & Infrastructure Management, Build-Out and Deployment. Experience with Financial & Procurement systems, Mercury, MyOrder, ContractWeb, etc. Experience with data & reporting Technical Skills including KUSTO, Power BI, etc. Experience shipping large / complex technical programs across all phases of SDLC Experience working on programs/projects requiring cross team/ division / geography. Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
Technical Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $137,600 - $267,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $180,400 - $294,000 per year.
