Working with security leaders and SMEs to create, manage, and execute the security plans across Teams organization in Microsoft. Collaborating with teams across Microsoft Security Organization to help define the state of the art for detection and investigation data.Identify new opportunities to harden security and reduce risk.Identify critical metrics and KPIs for program performance and track progress against goals. This will involve diligent follow-up, dashboard creation, status communication, and low-code automation development.Building strong partnerships with key stakeholders, business leaders, customers, partners, and internal teams, to drive success and achieve business objectives. Represent Microsoft in various customer discussions and security forums.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

OR equivalent experience.4+ years of managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.: roadmap, milestones, dependencies, risks, and reporting Translate high-level security strategies into actionable plans and manage the lifecycle of securityrisk assessments, audits, and compliance activities.Experience with cloud infrastructure and services and ability to thrive in an ambiguous rapidly changing environment.Proficient in security principles and fundamentals (application security, cloud security, identity, compliance frameworks).Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years' experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, OR product developmentOR equivalent experience.8+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.Lead readiness activities such as penetration testing, incident response exercises, and red/blue team engagements.Track and communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership and stakeholders through clear reports and dashboards.Define telemetry requirements to ensure high-quality, reliable, and actionable data for performance monitoring, incident response, and customer insights.

Technical Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
