OverviewMicrosoft has an exciting opportunity to join the Specialized Clouds Workforce Enablement (SCWE) team dedicated to Secure Work Area (SWA) Infrastructure and Operations. This team ensures Microsoft’s Specialized Clouds’ (MSC) workforce infrastructure and capacity are always available and optimized. By delivering innovative systems, accurate forecasting, and planning, we drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, and seamless experience that enable secure engineering and capability growth.
In this role as a Senior Security Integration Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to enable a broad set of Azure, Office 365, Identity, Security, and other products and services consumed by internal and external customers in high security and regulated mission critical environments. The spaces, systems, projects, and/or processes you secure will be required to meet the security policy and assurance requirements of government, public, and private sector customers.

Responsibilities
Closely partner and embed with the Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) Physical Security team to deliver scalable physical security systems and facility design for the Microsoft Specialized Clouds Secure Work Areas (SWAs). Collaborate across the teams in the SWA ecosystem and customer Accrediting Officials to ensure security system readiness, functionality, scalability, and health.Contributes to collaborative efforts with stakeholders to support security capabilities. Supports risk identification for program insecurity and security disruption (e.g., life safety, business operations, reputation) to assist decision-makers in mitigating risks and responding to residual risks. Summarizes and reports risk analysis to internal stakeholders and leaders.Assists internal and external program leaders to establish a strategic vision and service model to improve security operations. Contributes to discussions with senior leaders regarding resource and budget allocations to prepare annual expense reports. Assists in developing and iterating purchase contracts and agreements. Identifies innovation and technology improvements and contributes to the development of new security delivery-related applications and processes.Designs end-to-end and supports the implementation of security systems. Manages security system integration and delivery and move/add/change projects. Ensures cost, schedule, quality, and standards are maintained for security systems.Travel up to 25% of the time conducting field site visits across the SWA enterprise on a recurring basis to assess security system and device health, meet with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers, and implement plans to remediate non-compliance.Review, edit, improve physical security designs and scopes of work for security system and project work to ensure compliance and standardization to established baselines, cost and schedule efficiency, and policy.Maintain freshness and accuracy of facility security system designs, manage implementation and specification of alarm systems, access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and all other types of physical security equipment to achieve security program goals for special projects and initiatives.Embody our culture and values.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications:4+ years experience in Security Program or Program Management or related field.Other Requirements:Security Clearance Requirements: Candidates must be able to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. The successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with Polygraph. Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. Failure to maintain or obtain the appropriate U.S. Government clearance and/or customer screening requirements may result in employment action up to and including termination.Clearance Verification: This position requires successful verification of the stated security clearance to meet federal government customer requirements. You will be asked to provide clearance verification information prior to an offer of employment.Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. Citizenship & Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of U.S. citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions. Specifically, this position supports United States federal, state, and/or local United States government agency customer and is subject to certain citizenship-based restrictions where required or permitted by applicable law. To meet this legal requirement, citizenship will be verified via a valid passport, or other approved documents, or verified US government Clearance
Preferred/Additional Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Risks, or related field AND 8+ years experience in security program or program management OR equivalent experience.Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or equivalent Protection certification OR Physical Security Professional (PSP) OR equivalent Physical Security Certification.Experience designing and/or constructing systems for secure government facilities3+ years of experience in foundational security principles, including but not limited to access control, video surveillance and intrusion detection systems and their application.Experience, knowledge, and specific training in secure area construction (ICS/ICD 705), NISPOM, intrusion detection systems (UL 2050), and other relevant standards for the protection of U.S. Government information.
Security IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
