Overview

The Engineering, Enablement & Operations (EE&O) team enables the Microsoft Commercial Business to better serve every person and organization’s transformation and economic success. We do this by designing and managing the systems, tools, and strategies that drive commercial excellence spanning compensation, performance insights, planning, skilling, and sales tools. The EE&O Revenue Strategy team plays an important role in empowering every person in MCAPS to serve customers better by activating and transforming our commercial revenue engine. We are seeking a Sales Strategy Enablement Lead who will drive components of strategic and operational work with growing autonomy, connecting information, stakeholders, and processes to solve business challenges. Responsibilities

Run end-to-end planning processes, managing milestones, dependencies, and deliverables with clear tracking and follow-throughMaintain documented processes, runbooks, and operating cadences to enable repeatable executionMonitor process health, identify risks early, and drive issue resolution with appropriate ownersIdentify opportunities to simplify, streamline, and automate processesIdentify and engage relevant cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Finance, HR, Field, etc.) for each initiativeDefine and manage stakeholder roles, decision rights, access governance, and onboarding (including role-based access and approvals)Coordinate across teams, systems, and integrations to ensure end-to-end process integrityFacilitate alignment through working sessions, stakeholder mapping, and translation of business needs into actionable inputsDevelop and execute landing plans, including communications, enablement materials, training, and adoption strategiesProvide user support through intake/triage, troubleshooting, identifying root causes, and synthesizing recurring issues into improvementsEmbody our Culture and Values

Qualifications

Required Qualifications 

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT) account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a related fieldOR equivalent experience1+ years of Near Term Strategy (1 years out), project management, management consulting, finance, or sales planning experience

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to operate with attention to detail, executing complex processes with multiple dependencies in a consistent and reliable mannerProficient written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiencesExperience working directly with end users, including listening, troubleshooting, and translating issues into actionable outcomesAbility to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environmentDemonstrated curiosity and systems thinking, including identifying patterns, asking questions, and seeking ways to simplify processesFamiliarity with Microsoft’s MCAPS ecosystem and sales operations processes

Sales Strategy Enablement IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $86,100.00 - $169,800.00 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $113,300.00 - $187,400.00 per year.
