The Customer Advocacy's team mission is to incubate and scale innovative new business models and customer experiences. The team leverages adaptive leadership principles to drive large-scale change and transform business models across SME&C (Small, Medium Enterprises & Channel), Digital Natives & ISVs (Independent Software Vendors), Education, Public Sector, Health and Life Sciences and other industry-specific customer segments.

Sales Operations Excellence will work with Customer advocacy leads to track and understand business and program performance across strategic customer segments and industries. You will partner with leads to identify market challenges and scope growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

With minimal assistance, advises segment leads or partners, or collaborates with peers to develop segment strategy for segmentation, territory planning and quota setting.Aligns with Business and Sales Operations (BSO) on quota distribution strategy and timeline for the Area.Participates in sales leader and manager briefings to share quotas and rationale where needed.Advises and contributes to sales teams on sales motions/strategies for opportunity management (e.g., up-sell, cross-sell, renewal, recapture).Provides input on operationalizing prioritized sales plays and industry solutions.Supports generating new business and accelerates the closing of existing opportunities.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT) account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a related fieldOR equivalent experience.1+ year(s) experience in in Near Term Strategy (1 years out), Management Consulting, or Finance.2+ years experience in sales, sales operations/management, account management, program management, business development, marketing, consulting, or a related field

Additional or Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field AND 3+ years of marketing, strategy, sales, program management, project management, business planning, consulting, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experienceOR equivalent experience.

Sales Strategy Enablement IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year.
