 The Sales Executive - Clinical Co-Pilot (Healthcare) is a field-based role in the Healthcare & Life Sciences sales organization. This position is quota and commission-based and is assigned to specific accounts and/or territory. The Sales Executive - Clinical Co-Pilot (Healthcare) focuses on presale and post-sales activities to drive customer Copilot adoption/consumption in the Small, Medium and Corporate (SMC) market. As a Healthcare Copilot expert, this Sales Executive drives product adoption through a consultative approach by providing data insights, establishing partnerships with executive sponsors to drive change management, and optimizing frameworks for success for new or existing Copilot customers. This role requires collaboration with the Microsoft account team, Customer Success Organization, and other internal resources.

Align the value proposition of Healthcare Copilot and demonstrate how it can help customers achieve their goals. Support accounts through a prescriptive change management, implementation, and adoption-focused success plan. Emphasize the importance of customer centricity and build relationships at the executive level (plus other roles) to drive provider recruitment, adoption, success planning, and execution. Adopt a customer-focused consultative approach to drive customer success and adoption at scale. Gather customer feedback and leverage these insights to map solutions with the customer, acting as the voice of the customer (VOC). Identify and develop impactful relationships with internal teams and customer technical specialists. Contribute to customer satisfaction by providing positive customer experience and building remediation actions for customers not using the solution. Work independently with customers to identify, determine root causes, and resolve blockers to accelerate consumption and solution scaling. Collaborate with team members (including Account Executive, Specialist, Customer Success Manager) to discover new opportunities and drive incremental revenue growth. Implement strategies to help accelerate the closing of deals in collaboration with other team members. Complete required training and obtain relevant product and role certifications aligned to the role and workload/industry. Embody our culture and values

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

3+ years technology-related sales or account management experienceOR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND 2+ years technology-related sales or account management experience.3+ years of experience working with executives in healthcare systems.3+ years of experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and healthcare provider/patient workflows.Additional or Preferred Qualifications

4+ years technology-related sales or account management experienceOR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years technology-related sales or account management work experience.2+ years solution or services sales experience.3+ yeras of experience in a consultiative role throughout the customer lifecycle.3+ yeras of AI selling experience in healthcare cloud-based solutions.Solution Area Specialists IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,300 - $146,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $111,700 - $161,700 per year.
