Our work enables mission‑critical outcomes, from modernizing public infrastructure to advancing national security and public services.As a Sales Excellence Leader, you will lead operational excellence across USPSI by driving disciplined sales execution, strong business rhythms, and predictable outcomes. You will partner closely with Sales Leadership and cross‑functional teams to translate strategy into execution through data‑driven insights, standardized operating models, and consistent performance inspection.This role is ideal for a people leader who thrives at the intersection of analytics, collaboration, and execution, and who is motivated by delivering impact at scale in the public sector
Responsibilities
Sales Execution & Business Rhythm
Lead sales execution excellence across U.S. Public Sector segments, ensuring consistent operating rigor and accountability. Drive strong business rhythms, including monthly and quarterly business reviews and executive performance forums. Translate sales strategy into actionable execution plans that improve business predictability and outcomes. Champion adoption of standardized sales execution frameworks and best practices.Pipeline, Forecast & Performance Management
Partner with Sales and Finance leaders to drive pipeline sufficiency, shape, velocity, and reliability.Provide actionable insights and performance analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.Enable data‑driven decision making through standardized dashboards, and reporting.Improve forecast accuracy and business predictability through disciplined inspection and accountability.Cross‑Functional Leadership
Serve as a trusted partner to Sales Leaders, Finance, Engineering, and Enablement teams. Orchestrate cross‑functional alignment to remove execution blockers and accelerate results. Lead adoption of new operating models and transformation initiatives across the sales organization.People Leadership & Talent Development
Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of Sales Excellence professionals. Set clear priorities, expectations, and development plans aligned to business and career growth. Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture grounded in accountability and continuous improvement. Build talent pipelines and succession plans to support long‑term organizational success
Qualifications
Required Qualifications8+ years experience with active participation in sales, sales operations/management, account management, program management, business development, marketing, consulting, or a related field OR equivalent experience.5+ years of experience using data to drive business outcomes or inform business decisions.5+ years of experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers.3+ years people management experience.Other Requirements:

Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting enterprise, public sector, or regulated industries. Familiarity with Microsoft sales motions, partner ecosystem, and planning processes. Experience driving large‑scale operational or sales transformation initiatives. Advanced proficiency with business performance tools and reporting platforms.
Sales Excellence M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.
