OverviewEMEA Regional Partner Marketing Manager SI
With a vision to "Build and sell intelligent cloud and intelligent edge solutions with partners, empowering people and organizations to achieve more," Global Channel Partner Sales (GCPS) is responsible for driving revenue outcomes with partners through innovative solutions–at scale! The Global Partner GTM, Programs, & Operations (GPO) organization within GPS brings together the go-to-market strategy, programs, and platforms to accelerate growth and improve partner experiences across all partner segments.
In this role, Regional Senior Partner Marketing Manager (Security solutions), you will engage with key SI partners in EMEA region who specialize in Microsoft Security, driving partner-focused learning and strategic alignment across solutions by analyzing data, engaging senior executives, and shaping solution strategies and content roadmaps. It ensures partner and channel readiness for new offerings; designs localized experiences and collaborates with stakeholders to deliver impactful initiatives and maintain trusted relationships.
It also identifies growth opportunities, manages success metrics, and leads cross-functional teams to market products effectively. The position provides expert feedback to optimize workflows, drives account mapping for co-sell priorities, and influences partners and internal teams toward shared business objectives.
In this role you will work closely with the EMEA Partner Marketing leadership and Partner Marketing Managers to provide subject matter expertise in Microsoft Security and to drive activation across the partner channel through planning and ongoing execution support. This will include providing insights and engagement into key business reporting cycles to represent the impact driven through the teams.
Responsibilities
Becoming the EMEA Partner Marketing Microsoft Security Solution Area SME (50%), Land Microsoft Security solution plays and workload opportunities; translate business priorities into data‑driven GTM actions for partners.Lead SI Specialised Portfolio (50%), Build and execute GTM plans with prioritized EMEA SIs, aligned to Partner Business Plan & SPF/Coop investments to drive Microsoft Security outcomes.Analyze performance & ROI: Lead and guide data analysis to measure success metrics, identify trends, and adapt strategies based on insights.Ensure compliance: Maintain adherence to privacy, brand, funding, and legal policies; manage exceptions with CELA.Drive investments: Scope and execute Partner business opportunities, optimize investment allocation, and ensure ROI benchmarks are met.Execute GTM strategies: Develop and implement Partner GTM marketing plans for solution launches, ensuring partner/channel readiness and full-funnel execution.Design partner experiences: Create localized, end-to-end experiences (digital, events, demos) to build capabilities and competitive advantage.Lead cross-functional alignment: Integrate partners into internal workstreams, manage escalations, and connect opportunities with senior stakeholders.Build executive relationships: Own senior-level partner engagement, influence decision makers, and address capability gaps to drive mutual growth.Map accounts & drive demand: Align sales plays with co-sell priorities, generate pipeline, maximize Partner Programs usage to accelerate opportunities and foster partner-to-partner collaboration.Drive cross team engagement and solution alignment using subject matter expertise.
Qualifications
7+ years in a customer and/or partner facing role, optimally dealing with a variety of audiences – customers, partners (ISV, SI, start-ups, MSPs), strategy, marketing, or business development 5+ years working directly with partner ecosystem, the ability to provide valuable business and technical guidance to them and to secure their commitment to use business solutionsStrong technical understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies (Microsoft Security) and the work that partners do to develop, build-upon, and extend cloud solutionsExceptional Product Management and/or audience marketing experience is required, including modern marketing practices, and advanced skills at writing marketing materials, value propositions, and messaging Ability to articulate both business and technical value of Microsoft cloud services to senior business and technical decision makersDemonstrated track record of creating repeatable best practices on demand generation and awareness campaigns, workshops, metrics, and sales readinessPassionate, results-driven, and organized approach; with an attention to detail: A self-starter who can create and deliver scalable plans from concept to delivery, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, effectively driving to measurable results. The ability to work cross-team in ambiguous and changing environments, along with excellent listening and partnering skills. Must be comfortable working in a highly matrixed environment, and leading program v-teams or workstreams aligned to shared goals and measures.Engagement expertise: Storytelling skills and passion for delighting partners, advocating on their behalf, creating great partner experiences, and understanding the linkage between these experiences and business successBrings demonstrated experience proposing, creating, and managing executive-level proposals and presentationsExecutive Relations: The ability to interact confidently with senior leaders in a highly-matrixed organization to present/defend/clarify concerns or issues regarding an existing project, program, or solution. This includes the ability to confidently address difficult questions, handle pushback from a high-level audience, and maintain an executive demeanour while engaging in challenging or sometimes high-pressure situationsThis role can be based in any location in EMEA (you would be hired in your current location)
