Lead the Regional Global Solution Architect (GSA) team to shape enterprise AI transformation and deliver Innovation at scale for Microsoft’s largest customers. Unified Growth is a core focus—turn incubation into scalable IP through Unified and enable CSAs to drive repeatable outcomes across the Field.
As the Regional Innovation GSA Leader within Core CSU, you will be the bridge between Product Group (PG) Innovation and customer value realization—owning a depth first incubation portfolio, codifying repeatable playbooks, and scaling outcomes through the Field. You will model, coach, and care for a diverse Innovation GSA community, accelerate agentic transformation, and land measurable business value across M365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Agents, and Cloud Endpoints.

Responsibilities
1) People & Community Leadership
• Lead and empower a Regional Innovation GSA team; set clear expectations, OKRs, and growth plans.
• Foster inclusion, Innovation, accountability, and a learn-it-all mindset.
• Coach senior technical talent, customer leadership, and incubation craft.
• Partner with ABS GSA LT to influence strategy, define clear execution, and share success.
2) Innovation & Incubation
• Core incubation focus areas: agentic transformation, business value outcomes, proactive compete, M365 Copilot usage intensity, wall-to-wall Chat adoption.
• Lead disciplined rhythms: Signals → Incubation → IP Excellence → Reporting.
• Run time-boxed pilots with clear success criteria; share results and adoption guidance.
• Partner with CSU Field M2s, GBB + STU leadership, SE&O, and ATU to align motions, share wins, IP, and lessons learned.
• Translate customer insights into action by shaping PG roadmaps with Engineering/CxP partners.
3) Unified Growth & Field Scale
• Codify best practices into VBDs and unified IP; govern portfolio quality.
• Scale via Unified readiness: delivery kits, bootcamps, and enablement series for CSAs.
• Track IP adoption and impact, Field utilization, and outcomes across Areas.
• Partner with Unified Success and IP excellence leadership to define priorities and accelerate Unified growth + customer outcomes.
Qualifications
Required Qualificaitons:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field.Proven people management experience, including managing consultant practice managers, technical sales managers, technical architect managers, and/or people managers.Additional/Preferred Qualifications:
• Extensive experience leading teams in customer success, cloud/enterprise architecture, or consulting.
• Proven success running incubation portfolios and scaling Innovation.
• Executive credibility driving CxO-level business value narratives, compete strategy, and transformation.
• Depth across M365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Agents, Azure AI, and Security/Compliance/Identity.
• Track record and passion for landing business transformation with measurable customer and business results.
• Experience leading strong partnerships and influencing Sales, Marketing, and Product.
• Content governance (VBD/IP lifecycle), enablement programs, and CSU operating rhythms.
