Microsoft’s Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) is the engine that powers our cloud services. As a CO+I CE Program Manager, you will perform a key role in delivering and managing the critical environment infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform. Responsibilities
As a successful Regional CE Program Manager (CEPM) Data Analytics and Tooling, your performance objectives will include: 
Translating raw data into actionable insights that drive operational improvements.  
Track and communicate the value of integrated analytics to stakeholders by producing executive-level reports and presentations. 
Lead the development and scaling of shared analytics platforms and Power BI dashboards that serve multiple regions and functions.  
Build strong working relationships and engagement with our Engineering Groups (EGs), key partners and Landlord partners.  
Work with regional and global peers to identify, create and share best practices across the entire data center portfolio.  
Align with Microsoft culture, objectives and operational standards. 
Deliver best-in-class operational capabilities.  
Key focus areas include Program management to support Operational Readiness. 
Manage and continuously enhance the Dynamics 365-based Operational Readiness tool supporting operational processes, improving its functionality, integration, and user experience. 
Ensure analytics initiatives and tooling support broader business objectives and adhere to regulatory and compliance frameworks. 
Establish and maintain governance standards for data across Operational Readiness.  
Define consistent metric definitions, enforce data quality controls, and ensure uniform reporting practices across regions and teams. 
Unify tooling and reporting frameworks to provide a single source of truth for operational metrics. 
Create an environment to promote learning and innovation opportunities. 
Obtain a clear understanding of Microsoft’s day-to-day operation, management and maintenance expectations for all critical plant, equipment, controls, and processes including (but not limited to), operating procedures, standards, change management and Drills.
Produce Monthly, Quarterly, and Ad hoc reports on Data centre operations with the assistance of regional and senior leadership.   
Contribute to Data centre operations projects and programs.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Data Analysis, Management Information systems and business intelligence solutions
Experience in data center, pharma, or large-scale manufacturing operations environment a preference but not essential.

While not required, we also look for the following Preferred Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in data science or statistics.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.  
Team player with the ability to influence cross functional teams and leaders to implement continuous improvement.  
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
Understanding of KPIs, operational metrics, and business processes
Advanced Power BI or Tableau development experience
Strong SQL, Kusto (KQL) and DAX knowledge
Program management capabilities. 
Communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change. 
Experience leading and managing a business-critical function. 
Understanding of uptime methodologies and business critical digital platforms. 
Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
Must demonstrate strong attention to detail. 
Ability to operate within an ambiguous environment and create clarity.  
Background Check Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
