Our Early in Profession (EiP) Recruiting team is looking for a Recruiting Account Manager. This role is at the center of the action. You will work closely with Microsoft’s businesses based in the Americas to define and deliver their demand for EiP talent. To complete this task, you will act as the liaison between business leaders and the EiP team to consult, advise and guide their decisions and strategies around this generation of talent. You will partner with business leaders, Human Resources (HR) leaders, Finance, Diversity and Inclusion leaders, EiP recruiters, and candidate closers to lead, influence and shepherd hiring results in a dynamic talent market.

Stakeholder/Client Engagement – Consultative trusted advisor with the business, identifying business hiring needs and collaboratively consulting on topics such as sourcing strategies, hiring trends, intern program development, diversity, candidate attraction, and interview practices. You identify differentiated and alternative types of talent (e.g., compete, diverse, nontraditional) that may not be typically considered, and provide recommendations to Business Groups.Strategic Partnerships - Build connections and partnerships with key stakeholders across the company both globally and locally; advise on EiP program planning, development and execution. You’ll also provide program guidance on the candidate experience from beginning to end; coaching Business Group partners on a variety of recruiting activities including candidate pool, diversity strategies, technical presentations and candidate interviewing. Operational Excellence – Demonstrate subject matter expertise to enhance efficiencies and the effectiveness of the EiP process. Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of processes, systems and tools and leverage data from a range of internal and external sources to provide deep analytical insight to drive informed decision making and clear strategic outcomes for the business. EiP Evangelism – Generate excitement, enthusiasm and support for our process and the talent pool we support. Identify and cultivate Business Group champions as well as an appropriate model to influence and execute on business requirements and successfully deliver hiring demand. Demand Planning/Delivery – Headcount planning and management through partnership with Business Leaders, Finance teams, HR, and Talent Acquisition Partners to influence work force plans; collect, define and manage corresponding university requisitions for current and long-term talent needs. Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role OR equivalent experience. 2+ years professional consulting experience in HR or related fieldAdditional or Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role OR Master's Degree AND 6+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to roleDemonstrated experience and expertise in client consultation, negotiation or strategic advisory. Effective written and oral communication skills, planning and organization skills and coordination skills. Analytical and reporting skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and partnerships while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Talent Acquisition IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $83,400 - $167,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $108,900 - $183,000 per year.
