OverviewMicrosoft’s Cloud business is expanding, and the Cloud Supply Chain (CSCP) organization is responsible for enabling the hardware infrastructure underlying this growth including AI! CSCP’s vision is to empower customers to achieve more by delivering Cloud and AI capabilities at scale. Our mission is to deliver the world's computer with an industry-leading supply chain. The CSCP organization is responsible for traditional supply chain functions such as plan, source, make, deliver, but also manages supportability (spares), sustainability, and decommissioning of datacenter assets worldwide. We deliver the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's over 200 online businesses including Bing, MSN, Office 365, Xbox Live, OneDrive and the Microsoft Azure platform for external customers. Our infrastructure is supported by more than 300 datacenters around the world that enable services for more than 1 billion customers in over 90 countries.
The Supply Chain Product Management (SCPM) organization within CSCP lies at the heart of the effort to build the next generation Cloud. We’re an innovative and collaborative team of product and program managers transforming Microsoft’s Cloud and Devices Supply Chains. We design and build industry-leading systems, tools, and processes, embedding AI end to end for cutting-edge supply chain solutions.

Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end programs that deliver engineering capabilities supporting predictable capacity delivery across planning and execution workflows.Lead integrated roadmap execution in partnership with cross-functional product, engineering, and business teams.Identify, prioritize, track, and address cross-team dependencies that may affect program objectives and delivery.Oversee release planning, readiness reviews, and program execution to ensure alignment.Develop traceability from business objectives to operational outcomes, mapping epics and dependencies.Collaborate with Product Managers to convert strategies into actionable roadmaps and milestones.Partner with stakeholders across planning and delivery sectors to drive readiness and mitigate risks.Facilitate decision-making and manage escalations to ensure on-track project timelines.Create and measure metrics such as cycle time and delivery predictability to improve performance.Drive continuous improvement using automation, insights, and post-release learnings.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes OR Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes OR equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs with multiple dependencies.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements. These requirements include the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: Required upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. Preferred Qualifications:Experience leading supply chain transformation initiatives across planning, manufacturing, logistics, and/or fulfillment.Experience developing program roadmaps and establishing execution governance and dependency-management practices.Proven analytical skills, with experience using metrics and data to inform decisions and improve operational outcomes.Knowledge of supply chain and software planning, capacity planning, and fulfillment domains.

Supply Chain Program Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year.
