The Fabric Customer Advisory Team (CAT) team is hiring a Principal Program Manager, who has experience with big data analytics and messaging technologies like Fabric Real-Time Intelligence, Azure Data Explorer, Azure Event Hubs, Azure Stream Analytics.
The candidate should have a good understanding of the streaming and real-time analytics market, industry trends, best practices as well as insights into business problems that are solved by these technologies. This role will also involve working closely with customers, partners and various internal stakeholders in driving product success and helping customers realize business value

Responsibilities
As a Program Manager in the Fabric Customer Advisory Team (Fabric CAT), you will be responsible for championing Real-Time Intelligence in AMERICAS.Acts as a trusted product advisor for the customer. Leverage deep technical expertise on Fabric Real-Time Intelligence and/or its Azure components to provide accurate, relevant and precise guidance to our customer in unblocking their issuesEngage with customers, partners, field, MVPs and other communities throughout all phases, from pre-sales to post-sales, ensuring their technical and business needs are understood and met to then capture their feedback, needs and requirements.Work closely with engineering teams to provide feedback and comprehensive product insights from customers, partners and communities on the feature usage, adoption, gaps and advocate for their successCreate and deliver compelling content, such as demos, presentations, blogs, videos, webinars, and documentation, to showcase the value and benefits of Real-Time Intelligence solutions.Exceptional program management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting competing timelines and milestones.Stay on top of the latest industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape in Real-Time Intelligence space.Collaborate with customers and/or internal stakeholders to communicate strategy and align solution implementation, provide updates, and adapt plans to changing goals.Leverage various PG led or MCAPS led initiatives such as Fabric Insiders, Data & AI Communities and other forums to continuously evangelize Fabric Real-Time Intelligence product suite.Work across internal and external stakeholders to drive product success and help customers maximize their business valueUtilize influence without direct authority to achieve objectives, foster collaboration, and drive innovation within diverse teams. Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product developmentOR equivalent experience. Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 12+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product developmentOR equivalent experience. Working knowledge of programming languages, including Python, Pyspark, GQL, KQL, SQL Familiarity with competing data platforms such as Google Big Query, Snowflake, Databricks, AWS Redshift, AWS Timestream, Elastic Search, and AWS Opensearch. Expertise with Microsoft technologies: KQL, Azure Data Explorer (ADX), Eventhouse, Fabric concepts, Eventhubs, Stream Analytics, Event Grid, Spark Structured Streaming, and Activator. \Experience with visualization tools such as PowerBI or equivalent platforms. Hands-on technical experience in any relevant technology within the data and analytics ecosystem. Customer Experience Program Mgmt IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
